Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using National IT Solutions' services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of our software, websites, and all related services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with changes effective immediately upon posting.

Service Usage & Restrictions

Our services are provided for legitimate business purposes only. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our software. Unauthorized access, distribution, or resale of our services is strictly prohibited. All intellectual property rights remain with National IT Solutions.

Payment & Billing Terms

All fees are payable in advance as per the agreed payment schedule. We accept payments via bank transfer, credit cards, and online payment gateways. Late payments may result in service suspension. Custom development projects follow specific payment milestones outlined in individual project agreements.

Data Protection & Privacy

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, clients are responsible for maintaining their login credentials securely. We collect minimal personal data necessary for service delivery and comply with applicable data protection regulations including GDPR principles where applicable.

Limitation of Liability

National IT Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for services during the preceding six months. This includes data loss, business interruption, or other commercial damages.

Termination & Dispute Resolution

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all unpaid fees become immediately due. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir, following Indian arbitration laws. These terms are governed by Indian law.
